On-Site Calibration and Measurement Services

We offer a flexibility on-site calibration services on measuring devices that cannot be removed from their location. Our On-site Calibration or field calibration is often performed on measuring equipment that is too large or fragile to be shipped to us, or that cannot be taken out of service for a few days at a time. This helps our customer to meet their scheduling needs and minimize production downtime.
Calibrations outside a conditioned laboratory require a high level of metrological knowledge and experience. With EMI you can have a competent partner for these comprehensive calibration tasks.
EMI can handle all aspects of onsite calibration services, from scheduling to document delivery. We will also assign the appropriate field service calibration technicians and answer all of your instrument-related questions. At EMI, we offer an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited calibrations on weights up to 20kg. Our onsite technicians can also perform a variety of calibration procedures right in your own facility. 
Our mobile calibration Team is outfitted with the state of the art tooling and equipment.  The setup allows our onsite calibration technicians to perform advanced work on volume measuring equipment, pressure and temperature equipment.
Weight calibration is limited to our in laboratory service, as precision mass measurement requires carefully controlled environmental conditions. We also offer both commercial and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited calibrations service on scales & balances using calibrated reference weights. In our laboratory, we can calibrate scales up to 300 kg in capacity. 

Mobile Calibration and Measurement Services

EMI mobile calibration services provide premium service with maximum convenience, with mobile labs using trucks. Our ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited mobile calibration laboratories offer a wide range of calibration capabilities including the Pressure, Temperature, and Mass measurement disciplines

At EMI, we specialize in the calibration of surface thermometers, thermocouples, temperature wells, and PRT’s. We can calibrate probes throughout the functional range of the instrument within -80°C to 660°C. You can see our scope of accreditation. In addition to a wide variety of temperature probes, we also calibrate infrared thermometers. Not only can we generate a wide range of temperatures, we can simulate temperatures over the full range of any thermocouple or RTD using our top of the line multifunction calibrators. You can consider EMI as your one-stop-shop for all of your temperature calibration needs.
